Planet Fitness wanted their member communications to feel more relevant and personal. The focus was on strengthening CRM across email, in-app, and SMS so messaging supported acquisition, upgrades, and limited-time offers without losing the brand’s approachable tone.

I worked on shaping campaign copy and content using smarter segmentation and ongoing testing to improve engagement throughout the member lifecycle — from onboarding through win-back.
